The ClassicButy.pl store offers only hand-finished footwear, produced using the "Goodyear welted" method, i.e. with a strip construction . This extremely labor-intensive method involves the use of the so-called belt (also called frame), which is a narrow strip of leather that connects the inner sole and the upper, and is attached to the outer sole from the bottom. All connections are made with seams, without the use of glue. In the space obtained by using the frame between the soles, a layer of natural, air-permeable and at the same time flexible material is placed, most often cork.
To enjoy strip-sewn footwear for a long time, you need to pay special attention attention to the correct selection of size.
