Impregnation is one of the ways and possibilities of caring for footwear. Depending on the type of leather the shoes are made of, we have different types and impregnation options.

Smooth, full-grain leather can be perfectly protected against weather conditions by regularly using creams and pastes based on natural waxes and special fats and oils, thanks to which you can effectively impregnate high-quality leather soles, protecting them against rapid wear.
Compared to grain leather, impregnation of suede or nubuck leather is much easier. Spray protectors are usually used for this purpose. All you need to do is clean the shoe uppers from dust using an appropriate brush and spray the prepared dry surface with an even, thin layer of impregnation.

The use of protectors creates an invisible, thin protective layer on the impregnated surface, which does not allow water and dust particles to penetrate into the skin. As modern technologies progress and develop, impregnations are created that use nanoparticles to guarantee not only excellent protection of impregnated surfaces against moisture and dirt, but also ensure full "breathability" of natural leather. Thanks to such protectors, we can effectively protect both leather and all types of textile and -Tex materials while maintaining their properties.
